Nylon Peel Ply (PA6) – 85 GSM is a lightweight and versatile material specifically engineered for use in composite manufacturing and vacuum infusion processes. Made from high-quality PA6 (Polyamide 6) nylon fibers, this peel ply is designed to create a textured surface finish on composite parts, enhancing adhesion for secondary bonding or painting applications. With a weight of 85 GSM, this peel ply is exceptionally thin and flexible, making it ideal for applications requiring precision and minimal weight addition.

The material is chemically inert and heat-resistant, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of resins, including epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester. Its optimized weave structure allows for excellent resin flow during curing while preventing excess resin pooling. Once cured, Nylon Peel Ply (PA6) – 85 GSM can be easily removed, leaving a clean, textured surface without contaminating the composite part.
